Each year, we develop our own product ranges according to updated marketing trend on formulation, colours, material, scent and package method and make presentation to different customer basis on the preference of their end consumer. Furthermore, we receive customer’s project information and make evaluation such as product safety assessment, budget estimation and production feasibility and come back to the customer.

After R&D evaluation and consent with customer, we will make make cost evaluation and submit quotation with all the details such item#, product description, product content and packing information. If necessary, we will estimate the related testing cost and it’s timing and project schedule for all party reference. 

We will start first sampling according to the submitted offer sheet. Normally, it takes around 2 to 3 weeks to make the first sample. Following up samples will be made basis on forward and backward comments. After order confirmation, our sampling team will make bronze seal, silver seal and gold seal samples in order to fulfill the requirements on different stages of production.

At the same time on making first sample, the internal testing laboratory will make testing samples for formulation assessment and stability test. After order confirmation, following tests such USP 60 , Microbiology test…  preservative efficacy will be launched accordingly.

After received customer’s signed pre-production sample and order confirmation, the purchase department will start ordering all related components and ingredients. Sending purchase orders to our vendors listed all order details and especially safety requirements.  Furthermore, we will launch vendor audit and assessment and ask them to provide necessary certificates for record for new vendor.

We could divide the production into two parts:

 

  1. Batching – After all related safety reports ready and pass result of trial run of small batching. Batching workshop will run production of mass batching according to confirmed ingredient formulation and workmanship. Internal laboratory will withdraw samples in different liquid levels for testing purposes such as microbiological cleanliness.

 

  1. Packing – After completion of batching, we will run filling, batching code printing, labeling and final packing. Sample will be withdrawn for testing in order to make sure that there are no contamination during filling and packing. Online QC will monitor all progress to ensure the product complies with all requirements, such as correct batching printing, label alignment, and components’ placement. We are fascinated that the final product could be shown their best performance to the end consumer.

Basically, we have different types of QC to check at different stage production.

 

  1. Chemist check all the quality of chemical product
  2. IQC check all incoming materials
  3. On line quality controller check quality during packing
  4. Final QC check overall quality issue including drop test.
